Vendor Application 2025

2025 Watermelon Festival is FRIDAY, JUNE 13 AND SATURDAY, JUNE 14. Vendor Check-In and Setup will be Friday morning. Festival Hours on FRIDAY are 3 PM - 9 PM. SATURDAY Hours are 9 AM - 3 PM.

Vendors must participate in BOTH days of the Festival.


We reserve the right to limit the number of similar items to be at the Watermelon Festival. This is necessary to provide all vendors a fair opportunity to sell their products. Decisions will be made on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to add an item after we receive your form, please call our office for approval (850) 997-5552. If you wish to make payment by check, please contact our office first.

Available Vendor Spaces


Each Vendor Space is 12' x 15'. Please choose the correct number of vendor spaces to fit your ENTIRE setup.


Preferred Vendor Spaces will be given an opportunity to choose their location 1 month before the festival.

Once you click submit, you will be taken to the CHECKOUT screen. Applications submitted without payment will not be valid. If you would like to pay with cash or a check, please contact the Chamber office at 850-997-5552 first.
